No sale is final until all legal requirements and internal ethical vetting processes are complete.
  • Pricing: Prices for animals and accessories are subject to change without notice. Due to the specialized nature of our animals, pricing is often listed as “Contact for Pricing.”

3. User Obligations and Legal Compliance

  • Legal Age: By using this Site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent.
  • Exotic Animal Ownership: You acknowledge and agree that the ownership of exotic animals, particularly primates, is heavily regulated. You are solely responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all local, state, provincial, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances related to the purchase, ownership, keeping, transportation, and care of any animal purchased from Joe Exotic Primates.
